hey guys i was about to come off my cycle in a week and now i dont know i did 365 x 5 the first set.. then the second set i did 365 and on the 3rd rep i felt a tear on the outside of my left chest... i stopped my workout and went home.. it was on the point where i was about to go back up when the bar was near my chest i think i tried to reverse it too quick.. how serious is this injury and i cna't go into PCT becuase ill lose all my gains on chest without lifting it..
