Guys and Gals, when I first got my smith machine I tried to do squats, to my surprise I couldn’t even reach the bar, and if I tried to reach I had an incredible pain. So I went on youtube and found this video, I am happy to report that it helped me allot and now I can do squats without shoulder pain. Hope this will help some of you too.
