feeling of tightness
hey guys i havnt been able to lift for almost a year since i had a minor strain of the pecs, tris and lats on both sides...i believe they have healed but i have severe feeling of tightness whenever i do any kind of exercise or even stretching...i feel like if i try to push thru it will rip the muscle...ive spent a shit ton on deep tissue and art didnt do jack, ive rested it, PT nothing seems to be working...anyone have any ideas of what it might be...very frustrating

I would think a minor strain of any of those muscles would have healed months ago. It must be something more than a strain. Did you injure all of these muscle groups in one incident?
