Legs unbearable!!!
Trained legs yesterday everything was normal (diet, training). About 4 sets in my legs started to cramp up. I worked through it but my legs were saw as anything the whole time. And now today it hurts to walk. Sought of feeling like it's first time training legs for a year! Iv been training legs twice a week for over a year. I'm always saw but never this bad... Any1 had this?

post as many times as you want man. no ones forcing them to read twice. its your thread.
its funny you posted because this is what i am specifically dealing with today. ive been a builder for 20 years and for the first time this week my legs are incredibly tight and cant take 7 minutes on the treadmill without cramping. i didnt change anything in my diet, nor my supplementing. so i have to figure out what did this to me too. but someone did throw in something useful there instead of bitching, he says magnesium helps, and thats true. but im sure there is multiple solutions and ideas as to what triggered the muscle fatigue and cramping. even my arms hurt just to brush my hair. i think i might of experienced this a long time ago but at that time didnt figure out what triggered it either. if your thread gets no replies, maybe i figure out something, but the magnesium is a good idea to follow through with.

that happened to me and i thought my diet was fine, but some pros here said i wasn't eating enough. at the time i was on low carbs diet high protein, as soon as i increased my carbs the cramps went away.

dehydration?...

Dehydration can def be an issue. Try potasium (bananas are a good source) and magnesium (like Stevey said). Also try running slow for a short distance the day after training legs to get the lactic acid out of your muscles. I find that is a big help for me.

Bingo
this may be it. thats exactly what im on, low carb high protein. (almost no carb) so i just shlubbed down some carbs in the form of alfredo pasta. and i'll up my carbs substantially and immediately. i hope its as easy as this.
im drinking a few quarts a day of buko water, water, and water mixed with raspberry crystal light (no sugars), and gatorade or powerade.....whatever is in the gym refrigerator. and multiple protein shakes. so im pretty sure it cant be dehydration. but maybe not enough quality simple water as i thought. im not sure here other than what i am taking in as above.
yea, for sure, tomorrow im loading up on bananas and magnesium supps. i did cut my treadmill down to a measly 7 minutes at 5.0 speed. but its kinda embarrassing to get back off after 7 minutes when the cramping sets in. even at this moment right now my forearms are tight as hell and starting to hurt just from keyboarding. im doing 20 minutes in the sauna ed/eod to draw out the lactic acid.
i hope the upping my carbs, bananas and magnesium straightens this out right away.
