Will steroids heal my injuries ?

i been training mma for 8 years, and the past two years i wasnt able to do anything but technique.. no strength training plyometric not even running just been cycling like a madman..

My shoulders are the worst, for over 2 years i cant even give more than 20 punches before not even being able to lift my arms anymore, i used to do 80 pushups withought absolutely no effort, now doing 10 kills my shoulders. Its impossible to explain, my bones hurt like hell i feel like its only my bones that are forcing, also after awhile i feel some weird unexplanable pain deep somewhere in my shoulder which prevents me from forcing anything, i cant even move my shoulders sometimes... sometimes simple closing the house door makes my shoulders hurt.

I had a herniated disk but thats the least oh my worries even though the pain is still there sometimes, i recovered from a broken ankle 10 months ago and i've had chronic tendonitis and has never stopped. These injuries have completely ruined me i lost over 20 lbs muscle and an insane amount of strength..
i've seen every freakin doctor ever i've been to see all sorts of people, for the past 2 years every weekend practically im gone seeing someone else who sais i dont know what you got, i did MRI scans, even the one that scans in the bones also and sais im perfectly fine but im not, i know my body very well

    sorry for the huge text...

are there any form of steroid i could take that could make my injuries primarilly my shoulder pain go away ?

this is like my last hope i needed to turn to other people..

i turned 21 june 1st by the way

I'm surprised to hear you've visited supposedly every doctor ever and none of them can come up with a diagnoses. Hard to believe.

Anyways, to answer your question. No there isn't. And if there were some sort of magic steroid out there that will heal your shoulder issues, at your given age, it will just bring a load of other issues you'd have to deal with thereafter.

I agree with what has already been said that nothing is going to "heal" it. Decca might ease the pain though as it can add some fluid to joints and alleviate some pain. I am by no means a doctor and I am not saying do it as it comes with its own sides you would have to combat with other compounds.

I seriously doubt any roid will help, I currently have severe pain in my anterior delt that runs all the way down my bicep and since I'm taking Test E and Deca, you would think they help a little, but actually they don't help at all, they haven't done a damn thing. And I'm not judging, but if you say that the docs you've been to say there is nothing that can be done to heal, you have been to some really bad docs. Go to an Ortho. And if you have, go to a better one. And if not, well sorry to say bro, you're screwed. Might want to look at some other hobbies to take up now.

Good luck bro. keep us posted, I would like to know, if anything how you plan to combat this. No pun intended : P

in my opinion you need to find the best shoulder surgeon you can find that's what i did. there easy to find my surgeon is a shoulder specialist for a majoir league baseball team. these players make millions so they use the best specialists around. i first went to the specialist my gp recommended and he gave me the cortisone shots over a 3 month period. this did no good. he decided there might be a tiny tear in my rotator cuff, so he wanted to do surgery, this fool was just guessing. my new Doc found the real problem in about 30 min. thank god i didnt need surgery.

find the best specialist you can find.

The best advice I can say is you need to find the best doctor out there. Sad to say, but people ASSUME most doctors are skilled at what they do...Although this is how it should be, it's really opposite. There is a hell of a lot more BAD doctors out there then there is GREAT doctors. If you have pain and something is wrong, there should definitely be an answer to why this is happening. It's worth the money and time to find the best and right answer from a great doctor...even if it means getting a plane ticket to visit the doctor for the day..My doctor is the best around, he is the orthopedic surgeon for the anaheim angels..Stephen Strasburg who signed for over 100 million flew out to this is doctor as well...So you know he is the best....His name is Doctor Lewis Yocum...If I were you I would set up an appointment....You'll feel a lot better knowing and save more money knowing whats wrong then wasting your time trying to find an answer from all these other doctors...And to mention finding an answer right away..You don't want it to be 2 years down the road before you figure out whats wrong.....
