    SHoulder problem, some results.

Ok so about 2 months ago I hurt my shoulder (no idea how) was at the gym lifting heavy ( was bulking) later that day I went out camping and my little brother jumped on my back I reached around to grab him and bam.. pain ever since.

I completely stopped going to the gym for 2 months ( which was one of the hardest things iv ever done).. Anyways I started going to the Physio therapist.. she had me do some exercises ( which don't seem to be helping) and said it was probaly my rotator cuff...

Anyways finally after month of waiting for my ultra sound down and the doctor said my rotator cuff looked great and all the muscles around it looked normal?!?!!?

And he can't understand it.... When I hold my cell phone to my ear after 3-4 minutes my shoulder feels like I just finished lifting heavyier than ever and theres slight pain.. that should be the muscle? which looks fine.. Also when I sleep on it it kills..

Anyways I went to the gym and tried to go light.. when doing DB flat bench I heard/felt a bad clicking noise in my shoulder everytime I went up...

    What could it be???

I've never heard of an ultra sound, but... I was a pitcher in college and I went to the doc after serious shoulder pain and had x-rays nothing showed up. I even went to another doctor and nothing showed up. It wasn't until I saw a specialist and had an MRI did they find the tear. I'm no doctor and I don't know the difference between an ultra sound and a MRI but you should go back and ask for a MRI or see a specialist.

    P.S. Hope you have insurance!

Big differenece between MRI and ultra sound and even more if you do an MRI with dye injection that will show even more minute tears.

Sounds like Rotator cuff, yes. Mine still does the same a little. I opted for NO surgery and keep everything light and work my way back up. More than anything this has helped me.

Remember when it hurts put ice on it. I also use DMSO to keep inflammation down.
