Small effusion of the biceps tendon :S
Hey guys, I've had an xray on my shoulder which showed nothing, and an ultrasound, which showed a small effusion. i've been going to physiotherapy for over 3 months and nothing is improving, ive tried different physios. i am planning to get a mri, but i only want to do that as a last resort, its friggen expensive. any of u guys got anything tips to help? that'd be awesome

What is an effusion? What are the symptoms of your pain i.e. shooting pain, dull pain, sharp, throbbing? What types of movements can you do? What is your ROM? Is there a lot of pain? Does it prevent you from lifting? Need to be specific if you want specific help.
