okay, im really really over my ancels.

its my left one.

im 22 now. it first happend when i was 18, i was playing rugby union.

i rolled it, but it swelled up went all purple, could not walk for 2-3 weeks. then about 6months later it happend again. i was on the verge of signing a profesional contract to play rugby full time. this did not happen because of my ****ing ancel. i got over it. i quit footy. started playing again 3 yrs later (last yr).

happend again, so i quit for the yr. now i go to the gym 3-4 times a week, im abou 24% BF a lil overweight but im slowly getting there.

i was at a mates house the other day walking into his house, and boom. rolled it AGAIN. but it diddnt swell and go purple, its just being really sore for he past 2 weeks.

now, whats some good exerccise/lifts to build some muscel in my acel, ta.
