Wrist injury while on PCT
I'm in week 2 of PCT, I was recently in an accident on a bike ride (got bumped by a car) I got some road rash which wasn't that big of deal but i did take a lot of the impact on one of my palms which bruised up pretty bad. Its been a week and I can't train at the intensity i need to its pretty painfull to try to bench anything more than 200lbs due to the sprained wrist, nearly droped a dumbell on my face doing inclines, Really effecting my grip as well. Just need some opinions if i should train more volume or still heavy intensity and switch up to other excersises that are more comfortable. (flies, anything hammerstrength machine). Any help would be appreciated

stick to what you can do, but i'd stay away from having to grip anything for a bit. use a bar over dumbbells.
