For years now i thought my chest was hard to develop as my arms and shoulders jus blew up since i been seriously training. I been hitting my chest hard and have decent strength but doesnt seem to pop up. I jus realized it my bad posture!! I kinda slouch forward causing my chest to close in rather than standing straight up and my chest pop up, which in that case i can actually notice the growth in my chest. What can i do to correct this?? Anyone else experience this??
