hello to everyone!
im new to here and it seems a great forum!

okay so i got injured in my biceps about a month and a week ago.
it happend while i squated (LB) and the bar got a little bit down of my shoulders so i had to hold it very hard so it wont fall.
and it caused me a pain in my biceps.

i did a week without traning (actually only squated but nothing else) and the pain was still there and then i took 2 weeks without training and when i started trainning again everything was alright and a day after i felt like it hurts again.

after another 2 weeks without training+putting ice on biceps 20 min's on and off and did the protocol of alan i dont know if its alright and i can train again.

there is any suggestions from anyone here that can help me with this pain?
