Extremely sore quadricep - Barely walk HELP!

    Hey guys,

Both of my quadriceps are so, SO sore. However my right is beyond sore, the pain is so bad it makes me sweat profusely when walking.

The left is OK, sore but OK.

The right one if I take 5 minutes and really stretch and work the muscles out, it feels better for a few minutes. I can actually bend my leg and walk ok but it tightens back up very quickly.

I feel like i ripped or tore something because this pain is beyond anything I have felt before. This was my first session with a trainer and he really pushed me but I am thinking too far.

I did legs on Sat night at 4PM. Right after, I could barely walk but not from pain, my legs just wouldnt hold my body weight. No pain.

Next morning, bad pain. Now the next morning, REALLY bad pain. If I keep it still, I can tolerate it.

Should I go in and get it looked at or give it more time? If I go in do I have to tell anyone that I am on Test E for health reasons?

I am not sure how advil, tylenol and all of that reacts with Test E? I am doing 500mg a week and am now on week 3.

No problem with taking tylenol or advil. Sounds like you just over worked them. If it was an injury most likely you would have felt it during the work out not the next day.

NO, dont say anything about the test. No reason to and it will be used against you.

Its now 4 days later and I can just now tolerate the pain. Absolutely insane amount of pain. Couldn't even walk really...

I went into ER to have it checked out to be safe and they told me it was badly torn but everything was still in place. No surgury or anything required. 4 weeks before I can start training legs lightly.

Just wanted to give you guys an update. Swelling has now went down.
