Wink Intesting exercise about squatting and spinal disc

Well i guess it got me squatting again but very light.

I will do 2-3 sets of squats before starting my leg workout, usually shoot for 15 reps and i lift around 100 pounds of less in perfect form.

Found this exercise on the internet about squatting and back pain. http://www.enhancedfp.com/training/s...rt-i-paul-chek

So far i have no pain in the lower back, i go heavy on the leg press, and after this i use my inversion table to decompress 100% at 30 degree for 5-10 minutes.

Yes interesting and makes sense. Makes me feel better about sticking with light weight due to my back also and although I have always though it probably looked weird I do the full range squat also but will now pay even more attention to breathing.

Yes squats can be used for conditioning too, as i said i will never ever squat heavy again but for core and posture and rehab i am staring to do them again, might even try that 50 bodyweight squats per day thing, hell out of breath after 15 right now.
