    4 year long shoulder problem

In my left shoulder, it started by what sounded like a small pop like something knotted happened in my shoulder whilst doing inclined bench press with dbs, the same thing happened a few times that year, I was kind of new to body building and worked through it.
Now I have one side developed considerably more than the other side. I have taken months off and rested it which made no difference and have tried physio therapy, osteotherapy and had an ultra scan which showed a perfect working shuolder.
The only things that help it is antiinflamitrys and not resting it too much as I find if I rest it it doesn't help at all and if i wear my big leather coat which is a little constricting that makes it worse too even if I am not training.
the problem is still there though, a pain on the side of my shoulder right in the middle which hurts to press and I can actually feel exactly where it is hurting, it is on the outside near to the skin.

P.S. What ever i do in the gym to build that side up including allot more reps my otherside is still looking considerably more developed.

I suggest an MRI. This is impacting your life tremendously. After you know for sure what the soft tissue damage is, I would go see a prolotherapist http://www.prolotherapy.com/ and then start a cycle of GH peptides along with deca and low test. I say all this because I have done exactly this protocol for myself in many joints over the last few years with great success.

First let me just say I have a tear in my left rotator cuff. I've been through the mill with this thing, Dr. appt, MRI, Physical Therapy, X-rays, more Dr. appt. So I speak from experience and I'm awesome.

You say near the skin with your pain which throws me off a little bit- but which also is a good thing 'cause that means it may not be your cuff, the only bway to know for sure is an MRI. Get one! In NYS you have to go threw hell to get one, x-ray, PT, then if your lucky they'll give you one. Google Rotator cuff injuries and the movemets to test for them, you can perform these w your arm and get a better idea on what you got going on. Good luck, buddy...get that MRI!

2 years ago i dislocated my shoulder at work which led to ac joint issues which led to surgery in Feb '10 long story short it all started at the gym tho with the same symptoms as your describing so id have to agree with mr awesome in that you need an MRI and have the potential specialist check your AC joint specifically
