    Help.losing hope with "golfers elbow"

The pain also travels down the under side of my fore arm, I have tried osteotherapy but stopped with 3 sessions left as it got worse, I am seeing a chiropractor who is only doing acupuncture but aprently he does active release technuiqe too. Thing is in his belief is that tendonitis and tendonosis is the same and is just inflammation, in my belief it is degeneration in the tendonosis. I am really thinking of rehabing on low dose deca with test at 150ml each a week maybe 100ml?? But I am getting desperate now after being out of the gym for 4 months and still a dodgy shoulder.

Does the pain shoot into your hand at all? Just asking, I have had tendonitis in the past and recently had a pinched nerve in my neck. felt similar to tendonitis but much worse with the pain shooting into my hand especially the pinky and ring finger. Had disk replacement and a fusion and it fixed the problem. Not saying to go out and get surgery but make sure it's just tendonitis before starting a cycle of something. Does your chiro do muscle work at all? Active deep tissue massage therapy worked good for my tendonitis, and a lot of exercising and stretching.

My golfers elbow kept me off all upper body training for 4 months.

Keep it warm with a compression strap, stretch often and try to keep it straight when sleeping...this is when it will heal, keeping it straight while sleeping will allow blood flow and healing.

It's a mofo of an injury.

The golfers elbow stretching that is done in this link is helpful, you can add some resistance against the stretch as you heal.

i found freezing it 3-4 times pd for 10mins at a time works very well, mine flares up evry so often and this is what i do to heal it. may not be as severe as yours though
