Just had ac joint surgery

Had an impingement of the rotator cuff due to hypertrophy of the ac. No issues with hooked acromion.

Think it was onset by a Kimora in bjj. But from everyones experience does it happen to both sides. No pain in the other shoulder or is it only a matter of time

its funny you say this i injured my ac joint in my laeft shoulder in june of 2009 and had surgery in feb of 2010 its a year later and my shoulder still hurts ..sometimes alot. but the reason i was responding is because recently at the gym ive been noticing some similiar pains and symptons in my right shoulder that were occuring right before or right around when i injured my left one
