Are you using any weight lifting gloves with the wrist straps for support?

yeah songdog i get that as well and i believe it is tendonitis. Could also be a certain exercise you are doing which is aggravating it. Question when you do barbell curls after doing heavy weight does it hurt a lot?

Well I had to take a few weeks off do to bicep surgery. Then it went away.I think the hammer curls are the blame.Stright bar aint no peach either.I guess I just need to be picky on my arm exercises.Thanx guys.

you should also start doing some forearm exercises as well.

i'd lay off the curls for a while and even grab wrist straps for when you do ALL your back exercises. concentrate on the form and using just the back muscles and keeping the elbow bending / bicep interaction out of it as much as you can

Whether or not it's tendinitis, it's definitely a repetitive stress injury. If you keep doing what you're doing it could turn into tendinitis or worse. I think most lifters have experienced this pain once or even multiple times. Just take down the weight or even abstain from this exercises that aggravate it. Forearm exercises are always debatable, some people stand by them others stand by not doing them. The pain is your body telling you to stop so you don't hurt yourself further.

If you can just "rub" the pain away, then it must not be any sort of real pain. Maybe not even post-worthy. Either that or you're some sort of magical Jesus. Btw your pic reminds me of the movie Dirty Work when the guys are like I think he's got his finger up that dog's ass! I'm not implying that your finger is up your dogs ass, but I'm not not implying it either.

No it was real.To the point you couldnt pickup a picher of water. Now I have to rub the arm several times a day.Wasnt no majic cure.Still comes back. The rubbing takes it away for a while.
