He is treating me for it properly and everything which is fine. Pretty much everything i do in the gym besdies legs aggravates them and it is painfull even just around the house or work it can hurt, but i want a way out so i can keep training... Il so u a few of the exercies i do but i was hoping someone could write down some exercies that i can do that wont aggravate the triceps so i can keep traing.... Also im in the middle of a hgh cycle and about 4 weeks off on adding test to that cycle. Can anyone help???

The triceps has 2 functions, one is glenohumeral (shoulder) extension and the second is elbow extension. The exercises you listed include a lot of tricep work even though you are not directly working them.

Any type of rowing motion or lat pulldown exercise will work the triceps somewhat as that is a glenohumeral extension movement. While the triceps may not be the prime mover you are still activating them. I would avoid any of these movement especially since you are already having pain at rest and this sounds fairly severe.

As far as shoulders go and type of pressing movement that you listed incorporates triceps as part of the movement consists of elbow extension, and again while the triceps may not be the prime mover you are still activating the triceps. You need to avoid these exercises as well.

My advice to you would be to listen to the chiro and take some time off and let things heal and do it correctly the first time. Sure you may not be 100% in the gym for a few months and you will lose some size but it is better than having your triceps tear, be out of the game for an even longer time and not even be able to do legs or cardio for a while and then your triceps will never look right once back to normal (ever see pro BB's who have torn their biceps?).

Best of luck and be patient!

Thanks heaps mate. What im going to do after speaking to a few people is just train super light and high reps. No triceps at all. and just watch the extensions i do. i cant stop training compleatly! would kill me, even though that sounds stupid.
