Ok so I got some Niz 2%. I know some ppl use it twice a week and some ppl use it everyday. When you guys use it, how long do you shampoo with it? Should I leave it on my head for sometime? Also, how often do you use it?

Ok so I got some Niz 2%. I know some ppl use it twice a week and some ppl use it everyday. When you guys use it, how long do you shampoo with it? Should I leave it on my head for sometime? Also, how often do you use it?
First i wash my face. then i use the nizoral. . I leave it on while i wash my entire body. Then i rinse starting with my hair. prob oin m y scalp 2-3 mins. I do this daily on a harsh test /tren/winny cycle. I do it anyway 2x week off cycle -just to be sure. Im not even MPB prone and have quite a thick head of hair.
