Wrist Injury
So I was doing upright rows today and on my last rep my left wrist made a loud pop noise so I dropped the weight. It only swelled very mildly but now it now hurts whenever i twist it, does anyone know what I might have done to it and how to rehab it?

Ok, im thinking it is displaced because everytime i twist my wrist the bone protrudes out and i can feel it pop. Has anyone had this happen before and will it heal on its own?

Up and down it fine, side to side it hurt a bit and twisting motions are terribly painful. Im pretty sure it is the bone protruding but it is starting to feel slightly better. When I twist it, it pops out more and makes cracking/popping noises. Only lift in my regimen ive had trouble with so far is reverse bench and it pops as soon as I put pressure on the bar. Also if it helps it is the outside of my wrist on the pinky side, not by the thumb.

No medics that can take a look at it?
Sounds bad.
My bone protrudes naturally and I get regular strife from my wrist.
