TONS of fluids, electrolyte repla***ent, lots of sleep. Eat protein if you can. Symptom management is as good as it gets.

I just got it for the first time in a decade. It's the chest cold flu (bronchitis). Man I feel like crap.
I'm sure it was related to stopping my HGH a month ago. Had been on for 2.5 years.

homemade chcken soup. Wont cure what ails you, but will keep your energy levels up, and it is easy going down.

I don't know where you guys are located but the version of the chest cold flu that is going around on the east coast its an absolute byotch. I have had it for a week now and finally threw in the towel today after the vomiting started and went to a med center. They wrote me for K pak, Albuterol and Hycoden and said I was in better shape than most they had seen with it. The only thing that really threw them was that I am on a Tren Blast and although my blood pressure runs high usaully around 145 when blasting on Tren when they tested me around noon it was 187/95...although when I tested it later it was back below 150 so I think it was just in reponse to the vomiting that it was so high.
Anyway if you guys are on the east coast and feel this shit coming on hard don't hesitate to get antibiotics, I hate meds myself and had not takin anything other than AAS and ancilliaries in 8 yrs but really wish I had got the meds 5 days ago as I would have saved a lot of muscle mass.

Drink ots of fluids so you do not dehydrate and use a good masking agent like dayquill to help eleviate some the symptoms. Unfortunately time and how strong your immune system is will depend upon your recovery.
