Deltoids Problems
So recently when im benching my Delts have been hurting they feel super sore. Its been going on for about 3 weeks now and iv been taking it easy on them but they still hurt when i bench. My question is what should I do so that they can recover 100% so I can lift heavy again? Should I buy icy hot for it or any other products?

I have the same problem. My delts are so sore I often cannot lift my arms above my head without pain. I have tried resting, massage and stretching but nothing seems to help.

Are you allowing enough rest time between working shoulder directly and indirectly? What's your routine like?
