my tricep tendons have become a little sore last week , im pretty shore its because of going as low as i can with skull crunches , and overhead single dumbell working my triceps , iv put it down to tendonitis , iv stopped doing back and arm workouts , the pain is not that bad but id like to catch the problem early ,
my question is should i workout my tris lightly or not at all , how long should recovery take ? has any one else experienced this and how did recovery go?
