Hair not growing on arms

My hair has stopped growing on my arms after beginning testosterone repla***ent therapy. Does this mean DHT is destroying my hair? Will this be happening on my head also? Im 21 years old. Recently my scalp has been tingling. Someone please help dont want to lose my hair.

DHT cause more body hair growth, but does cause balding on your head, but it takes time.

What do you mean by stop growing? Hair only grows so long depending on the nutrient value they are programmed to receive from the specific hair follicle. Most areas of the body including pubic region will reach an ultimate length and cease to continue growing, unlike the hair on your head which has a much larger supply of nutrients.

A couple of quick questions,

Why TRT at 21 at 21? I sure hope you explored every other option and reason for low test before starting life long injections of Testosterone....

What dosage are you using?

Are you using an AI to control estrogen?

Have you had recent labs to explore estrogen levels ?

I do not know how much overuse of an AI and the resultant decrease in estrogen would decrease hair growth on the arms? Maybe others may know and provide feedback if not it might be worth looking into yourself.
