Got it doing heavy leg presses about 2.5 weeks ago because I let the weight go all the way down and it felt like I crushed my insides.
Well I stopped training for 1.5 weeks and I started doing light cardio. (it was driving me crazy not working out) the pain went away a bit. But it's still there.
I was using anti-inflammatory patches and injections.
What can I do? Any one else had a similar experience?
I hear it can be a strained oblique.
