Totally killed it today! Thought it was gonna be worse than it was. Just had to think about keeping those butt cheeks flexed tight, but you know what? SUPER SORE GLUTES! Gonna try to mix in constant glute flexing more often!

Are you telling me, you tightened up your glutes when doing squats so that your hemorrhoids didnt pop out of your sphincter , and subsequently you discovered a novel way of building up your ass muscles?!
