Take time off. You just started a Dbol only cycle so coming off is actually a good thing

I know where you are coming from. I struggle with lateral epicondylitis of my right arm. I work through it but rest IS the best therapy.

Typically 3-8 weeks depending on you and how fast you recover. These things recur a lot too unfortunately. Increasing water, potassium, sodium, and taurine may help but it's a repetitive stress injury and those generally respond best to rest. GH may help but my experience with GH and tendon issues is that it's not a magic pill, it's a costly approach with no guarantee, and tendon issues are stubborn no matter what you do.

    Hope you recover soon!

Yeah, I hate set backs like that but believe me, you will be further ahead listening to your body and easing up instead of pushing through.

I did that last week and blew a calf muscle apart. Now I'm screwed on lower body workouts (the most important!!!) for at least 6-8 weeks just because I ignored pain and pushed it too far.

It's a very hard lesson learned!

I took off the last 3 weeks for the same reason. Started back upon Sat with a perceived drop in chest strength, but probably just need to knock the rust off. Elbow feels much better, but since biceps on arm day was what really made the pain come about, I'll probably let back day be the only work the bi's get for another week or so.

Yea I just did back and bi's today and couldn't finish. I think I'm gonna just cut bi's out for a few weeks as well
