Been reading alot here about various types of elbow pain while performing both pushing and pulling movements. Like some others I too have had this for around 4 years and finally got it taken care of 2 days ago. My ortho removed a spur that had formed to cover a fracture on the inside tip of my elbow. I wanted to point this out to others because it seems to be a common problem but can be caused by several different things. Most seem to think it is tendon and other connective tissue related. So as I said, I'm just putting this up to inform other members of yet another possibility that can cause discomfort on ones elbow.
If anyone has had spurs removed feel free to chime in on recovery time. I'm going through gym withdrawals.
