Need some help and advice
hey guys, been training for 3 year all natural 5 days a week.
3 month ago when i was driving home a drunk driver in a truck crashed into me head on, was in intensive care for 2 weeks had a load of injuries; 2 cracked ribs, cracked vertebrae, swelling to the brain and worst of all a complete dislocation and fractured tibia and fibula.
got out of hospital cant walk for 6 month and with being in hospital that long on a drip i lost 3 stone (42 pounds)!!!
Before the crash i was at the weight and size i was happy with, not positive about body-fat % but definitely pretty low had good prominent abs even when relaxed. Took a good month and a half to get my head straight and then the reality hit like a b1tch i was back to how i was before i even picked up a weight if not worse. Obviously couldn't go to the gym or do much aerobics, squatting, dead-lifting etc. so bought a weight bench and some weights and decided to do as much as i could at home till my leg heals then hit the gym i was eating even more than i was when training before the crash and training just as hard, went at it strong for 8 weeks following my training plan and diet (which totaled 240g protein every day) and I've only put on 7 pounds. I'll be f*cked if i'm starting from scratch natural when it took me 3 year to get where i was so I've decided to wait until the surgeons send me to physio and ive been weight baring for a while then i'm gonna do a cycle to get my size and strength back up, found a source and got myself some d-bol, test prop, suss, deca , nolvas and a few others he sold me a bundle as he just bought a new batch and wanted rid of these. so basically just wanting a bit help from you guys maybe even a training plan as my old one was a lot of compound excersize's (dead-lifts,squats,etc) so it would have to be all seated or bench work, also about the cycle i was thinking a dbol , test prop and nolvas. Any questions fire away lads, cheers.

Sorry to hear about your accident. Off subject, what happened to the drunk driver? I hope in your lawsuit your lawyer takes into consideration the years of training in the gym this guy destroyed. Although you cant put a price tag on it per say you need to and need to consider every think he screwed up for you and the possible future.
As for the recover and what to use I hate to say it mate but I can because I have been there and I am there again but minor compared to yours; you dont want to use any aas at this point. It sound like you were in shape before where aas would have helped you reach higher goals if you wanted to but it's not a good idea to use them for recovery unless you are older, 45+ and your natural testosterone may be on the low or lower side. HGH would be another good option if you were over 40 except you have about a 95% chance of getting fake now days unless you can score a prescription.
Running the cycle you are suggesting would not help with healing but it would probably give you false confidence due to strength gains leading to more serious injuries or at least serious set backs. You dont want to take anything that may make you want to lift heavier than you should. Like I said, I know. I'm doing flys righ now with 10 lb weights and cant even bench 100 lbs straight bar.
It's going to be a slow process for recovery but you dont want to rush it and muscle memory is great, it will go a lot quicker than you think once you are able to lift properly. Once you are out of pain and danger of re injuring your self I bet it wont take you but maybe a year to get back to where you were.
I know it's not what you want to hear, me either. If I had a short cut I would be taking it myself.

yeah i'll take all that into consideration mate, its just demoralising knowing that 3 solid years of training and eating clean has been taken away from me in a matter of what seems like a second. Well the drunk drivers truck hit me and rolled 5 - 6 times and the waste of oxygen got a couple of bruises, there was 2 guys in the van and neither have admitted to being the driver so unless the forensics can prove who it was they cant get charged for drink driving which is the biggest load of bollocks i've ever heard, the police are still working away on the case so wont know what will happen to them till it gets taken to court. It still seems surreal, feels like im just gonna wake up and be back to normal, ive had to but new shirts as my old ones are to big. Think i'll just have to wait till i'm fully recovered and can get to the gym before starting a cycle, just gonna soak up as much knowledge as i can for the next 6 month or so when the time comes i know the ins and outs of everything. From your experience what would you recommend for size and strength? (nothing to exotic)

Well after the longest 6 month of my life I'm finally back on my feet thank god. Been weight bearing a while now and just last week my consultant give me the go ahead to do everything i want as long as im cautious but even if worst comes to worst i cant re-do my injury, the bone has healed great and the plates settled just have to ease back into normality now. My right leg just feels as if its made out of glass and I still need to work on its flexibility and obviously work hard to get my strength back. I was speaking to a power lifting coach a while back and he says when I get back on my feet I should go along and he could help me get my leg sorted so last week I decided to go down and start training with the other lads which has really lifted my spirits and made me determined to get stronger than ever and get my life back on track. Also I've made up my mind that when I get the full range of movement back in my leg I'm gonna do a cycle, really looked into it over the past few months and can get hold of everything I need, my muscle memory should help me out and be back to where I was after a cycle and pct with proper nutrition and training.
