    Ripped peck

    MY mate has torn his peck muscle away from his body and is having a opp in three weeks he is thinking about training legs and maby just his left arm after the opp so he stays in the gym for his 3-6 months the docs said he cant lift weights
    He also wants to intake a high amount of protine so he dont get fat or lose to much size
    He also said about any steriods that help muscle recovery ??

    Any help or advice i could give him please

    I think I'd skip the steroids for now. Time to heal. Not allowing proper rest is a mistake.

    But....
    if it were me, I'd give some serious attention to TB-500 (aka Tb4). It's legal to purchase, and you can do so here....

    a six week course is probably best, and 10mg/week is what I would probably take. I'll let you do the math on the cost.

    I've been researching the topic of anabolics and repair lately in scientific and medical journals. Seems to be conflicting evidence. Some studies suggest anabolics delay connective tissue repair, others suggest anabolics (and GH) may promote skeletal muscle repair. I'm still researching the topic more as I have a personal interest in it.

    Roman, what are your thoughts?

    Its a hard thing to decide realy because everyones says rest a injury but when uv got one the idea of being out the gym for 6months must be painfull to think of
