Hip labrum tear?

I was diagnosed with a hip labrum tear through an MRI
Anyone else have anything like that and know how long recovery will be?

PRP or prolotherapy done with sodium morruhate might help, surgery is your best bet that does not heal on its own. How did you injure yourself?

I got 8 prolo treatments for a snapping hip joint, not sure if i had a tear a dumb chiro cracked me like crazy that caused the snapping hip. Needles are 4 inches long for the Y ligament in front and 6 inches long for the side of the hip to reach the labrum. I have no more clicking, my hip is tight again and i feel great.
