Pain Left Forearm Near Elbow Inside

So ive been having this little unconfortable pain on the inaide of my left forearm near elbow for quite some time but it seems its getting worse and i am almost unable to perform any workout where i need to use my grip/forearm. Any remedies for this other than having to stop working out??? I'll be out on vacation August 4 for a week so no problem there to rehab but i know 1 week is not enough!!!

I need major help, today i began using lighter weight and keeping forearm and wrist aligned so not to put tension in that area. Thanks in advance!!!!

Stretching the forearm extensors is a very good rehabilitation technique. Keep an eye out for swelling that may spring up. If so, invest in a compression bandage. Actually do so anyways, they are beneficial for various things. Ice is good for inflammation (if any). Lastly, (the biggest no brainer) the best treatment for any problem both soft tissue or bone is avoiding ANY AND ALL aggravating activities i.e. exercise, sports, wanking your willy, decking some idiot in the face with your bad arm etc. For shin and forearm splints, time is the ultimate healer. I've never had forearm splint but I had my first shin splint 12 years ago when I was very young and skateboarding a lot. Thankfully by the time I was squatting a few years later it had completely healed. Best of luck..

Most likely golfers elbow. Can last briefly or for years. Up your fish oil intake. Ice and stretch after lifting. Develop a strong eccentric program for the elbow and wear a compression wrap. Avoid all antagonistic exercises. Need any more help feel free to pm me bro.
