Lower back problems or kidney stones?
My lower back started hurting a few days ago so itook it easy. Now I'm getting some strange symptoms. Been feeling light headed almost nauseous around mid day and getting some pain in testicles and groin area as well as lower back. No fever and BP is good around 118/72. Currently on self administered TRT dose of test c around 150 mg per week and .5 mg of anastrozole 1st day after injection and 250iu hcg last 2 days before injection. Injection day is Monday, back pain started Wednesday and light headed nauseous feeling started thursday afternoon and testicle pain started later Thursday night but not bad and intermittent. This afternoon (saturday)light headed feeling started and testicle pain became constant. No sharp pain just a dull ache. I did hcg this morning, but going to hold off on tomorrows hcg and test injection on Monday. Will see dr on Monday for sure, a buddy of mine said when he had stones symptoms were similar. Anyone else with lower back or kidney stone experience please chime in.
Thanks

My dr couldn't get me in so went to urgent care clinic. What a joke that place was. They did a full examination of my testicles and took a urine sample, which didn't show anything. They still think it might be a stone, but I haven't had anymore syptoms since last saturday. I'm just glad it's not happening anymore. I'll get my own bloodwork done and see if that's all good. Thanks for asking

OK did my own BW and something is wrong MCV and MCH were low,and never were before. Started having the pains again but this time only in testicles and lower bladder. Went back to dr and they did a UA and found bacteria and white blood cells which shows sign of infection. So they did another BW and I should get results back soon. However, they put me on ciprofloxacin and I just read that it can cause tendonitis, which I already have and tendon rupture in some cases. Neither the dr or the pharmacist said anything about this.
