Handheld Massagers
Ok, so I do a physical job a few times per week, and I also (of course) workout. I try to keep within my limits and not overtrain, and still have muscle soreness from the job and working out. I was thinking about possibly investing in a portable handheld massager to aid recovery after work/workouts etc. What's the go with these? Are they any good? some just vibrate? some use infrared?
Cheers,
Bruce
