    Sore knees

I've recently been feeling a soreness in my knees, more towards pain when dead lifting or squats. It's not unbearable but I don't want it to get worse (I know when people do heavier lifts it takes a toll on their joints especially if form is wrong).

I was wondering if there was something I could or should be taking to help or prevent joint injury. Ive been taking the basics like fish oil and vitamins prior to feeling pain and since this is recent I haven't put much thought into it before.

there is plenty you can be doing

    knee wraps
msm; 5gms / day for life
    oral HA
    knee injections (HA)

    you can also try
TB500 and see how that works out for you

Yeah I'm currently on cycle now. I'm assuming the soreness is the extra strain of heavier lifting than when off.

Thanks for all of that! I'm going to give knee wraps/braces a shot for now and see how it goes but if worse comes to worse i'll move to supplements for help

There's not much you can do except listen to your body, your straining your knees, decrease the weight and do slower reps.

I get knee pains if I go in deep during my squats.

Are you tall by any chance?
