    Shoulder

For some reason I have an incredibly strong what feels like I pinch nerve in my shoulder. It's INSIDE my socket. It makes lifting heavy insanely impossible. Shoulders, bench even curls hurt it.

Met a guy in the gym had the same issue, he says he has to pop his before he can lift. Idk what it is but geez it kills. In 2009 I had a shot given to me through the back part of my shoulder it was local

[QUOTE="OKCity"]For some reason I have an incredibly strong what feels like I pinch nerve in my shoulder. It's INSIDE my socket. It makes lifting heavy insanely impossible. Shoulders, bench even curls hurt it.

Met a guy in the gym had the same issue, he says he has to pop his before he can lift. Idk what it is but geez it kills. In 2009 I had a shot given to me through the back part of my shoulder it was local anesthetic, and some cortisone. Doc said he thought it was a pinched nerve and some fluid injected in would help try and move it around and stop from being pinched. It helped but came back about 9 months later.

Anyone have similar issue...and what do you do?

Lots of people have shoulder issues myself included. I had to have surgery on my due to multiple tears, scar tissue, bone spurs and marble size nodules that needed removed. Now mine feels like it has a couple pinched places and feels like it needs to pop but wont except in certain positions it pops/snaps all the time but doesnt help.

I'm sure what you had was a cortisone shot in 2009. I have had a couple and they only help a little.
