not really any way to get rid of them. Start using lotion with vitamen E
in it and it should help it from spreading.

Exactly, vitamin E lotion is great for stretch marks. Also try using a tanning bed, it may not go away but atleast it might look less noticable.

sucks dont it? Ive got two small stretch marks under my left arm. Ive used stretch mark cream, and find it doesnt do much more than regular lotion. You can get rid of them, just depends on how bad they are.-and what kind of skin you have. And yes, there is going to be a chance you could get more. You get them when you have sudden weight gains/losses. I put lotion all over my shoulders/pit area everyday for some kind of insurance.

There is a product called Maderma that is supposed to work well on stretch marks. You can get it at any Walgreens, Eckerds, etc.. Your stretch marks are most likely from gaining alot of weight/muscle in a short period of time. The skin can't stretch fast enough to accomidate the new growth.

Ive used Vita-K, and put vitamin e on them. I think any product that is made particularly for stretch marks is way overpriced-and marketed for women. So, i would just recommend possibly rubbing some vitamin E oil on the site, and putting lotion on before and after working out.

Brave BE BRAVE! There is no way to get rid of them. Think of them as battle scars from the gym.

Yea they are hard to stop because ya never know where they will pop up next... can either dip yourself completely in lotion everyday or just suck em up.

would you rather be a tiny little panzee without stretch marks or would you rather be a muscle bound freak with a couple little red marks on your arms

Wear them proud. They are now badges of hard work.
