forearm/ bicep tendonitis. hurts more when dont lift at all. wtf. please help
Ok so I've been dealing with this bullshit for over 6 months now and it is
Eternally frustrating, Whenever I continue lifting excluding biceps and back of course and do everything else
I don't seem to have very much pain at all where my injury is but if I completely stop altogether
It starts really hurting. Ive tried taking 2 complete months off, icing it everyday, bought a 160 so called bfst
Wrap which didn't do shit. I m not sure if I should just keep lifting and eventually it will subside or try and stay completely off of it till it heals if it ever does. The thing is that lifting and working out
Is my only outlet to relieve and reduce stress. I start going crazy and get severely
Depressed when I don't workout. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
