Temporary sudden increase in blood pressure perhaps? I know I used to puke sometimes from squats. I hope that doesn't happen anymore since I'm starting squats next month.

Its one of those things when I squat heavy it takes my breath and sometimes I have to sit for a second to get calmed down

All I can think of is make sure to use proper technique both in the lift and in the breathing. Sorry can't be of much more help.

My advise is a wider grip, your basically chocking yourself out by compressing the shoulder muscles into the neck muscles and cutting off your O2 flow

Dont think its my grip width as i,m as wide as my rack lets me also this has only happened recently each time my right ear has popped in the lower position
then my balance goes and lasts up to 1hr or more

You're allowing the pressure to build in your head. While you can't totally prevent increased cranial pressure while squatting you can "learn" to minimize it. It's hard to explain or tell someone how to do it but once you get the feel you'll be fine. I had to learn this while benching. I was getting these little red dots all over my face when benching heavy. Once I applied the same pressure control that I use when squatting and dead lifting the red spots went away. I didn't realize it was that bad until I almost passed out one time benching. That really got my attention.
