Just like the title says.
I used to get this when I was younger playing soccer (its got nothing to do with a jock) from your legs rubbing together. I haven't experienced it in years. Was doing cardio the other morning and I felt it happening, the rubbing feeling on your inner thing. Anyways I just pushed through it and said it will go away. Well later in the day it was so bad I looked at it and it looks like broken blood vessels, now its painful to walk.
Is there anything to put on it to help? How does it even happen, like it only happened on one side of my body, why? Both legs were moving...
Anyone have any preventative measures for this or things to make it feel better once it does happen?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Only advice I got out of my gf was lube my inner thighs with Vaseline so they slide! I duno if she was serious or not, don't really wanna go that route
