Has anybody experienced or has a friend that has experienced an AC joint sprain or tear? I was rock climbing and injured my AC joint. This has postponed my workouts and I am emotionally hurt that I cannot workout lol. My question is, how long long does it take for a person to get back into working out if they had a level 1 or level 2 AC joint injury.

Some may say go google it and I have already. It is general talk about being able to do normal things. My specific question is how long it takes for a person to get back into hitting it hard again in the gym. Thanks...
