    Weird Knee Pain...and Behind?

    Hey dudes,

I was hoping someone could help me figure out this issue.

Knee has been hurting from underneath the knee cap....but the pain subsides in the morning. In other words, when i wake up....the pain is minimal. However, after a few sets of squats.....in about 1-2 hour...the pain starts again.

Its a numbing pain that comes from underneath the knee cap...and even feel it in the back of the leg....down near the bottom of the hamstring. Dr's can't figure it out (weird).

    Anyone have any ideas?

    thanks in advance!

did you have an Xray or an MRI?

sounds like maybe you should change your routine somwhat and avoid squatting due to it aggrevating the situation?

and then there's always my standard response to try MSM... 5 grams a day forever. very inexpensive. if it's going to help, you'll begin to notice it in abouut 30 days or so...

yeah...i'm scheduled for an MRI so i won't know the results until then.

MSN has helped in the past. Will give it another shot.

    thanks

I feel the exact same pain and my knees swell at times from squats as well, thats why I avoided leg workouts for years
I also feel the pain in my lower back as well and it builds up through time and when I take a break it subsides,
    Any advice for me sirs?
