a few months ago, on cycle of Test E and Dbol , I sprained my right wrist on the outside / pink finger side, and it started to heal when I got a brace for it. I stayed on cycle for 12 weeks and ended up on 7 weeks of Tren as well....

on the last week, I re-injured it. I went to the doctor this week, and he gave me a huge wrist brace / support and anti inflamatory topical lotion, it works.... I've been using it and the brace seems to help. I worked out today and it seems fine but I lost some bench press gains I've made...

2 questions:

will my strength gains come back AFTER the wrist heals?? or no??

does anyone have any experience with being slightly injured, continuing to work out with less weight, and while on PCT??
