Forearm/elbow pain
Has anyone experienced bad forearm/elbow pains? It is to the point where I can't do certain exercises, ie reverse curls. It even hurts to squeeze when you shake someone 's hands. If you have experienced this, what did you do to help, how long did it last, what changes to your training, etc. thanks!!

I've got it right now. Seems to come and go. Elbow sleeves will help. Also some naproxen (aleve) will keep the pain and inflammation down. Just one a day.
