Has this happened to anyone else?
This happened to me several years ago. I was doing seated rows and my left wrist popped out of socket. The weight stack made an extremely loud noise as I flew forward trying to hold all the weight with just my right arm.
I've had to use hooks ever since. I did try it again without one time and it did the same thing. I guess I'll use hooks and straps for the rest of my life. No biggie!!! I can still train!!!
Just curious if this has happened to anyone else.

Oh fing owwwww. I cringed just reading this dude! I always use straps for pulling movements personally. I don't even really wrap them most of the time - just like the cushiony feel instead of the hard bars. I have big hands too so it makes the bar feel a bit larger in circumference. Just more comfortable. I may start wrapping the strap now though!
