    Left pec injury !

So im on pct now, and ive injured my left pec by doing flies, probably bring the dumbell too far back..

Need advice on what to do, i tried to train chest yesterday but it really hurt and couldnt lift as much so gave up after 10 mins.

Shall i be resting chest? Thing is im afraid of losing gains because im on pct!

Another thing is i dont think i can train shoulders because it puts pressure on my pec also,

What shall i do?? Rest, train? Train shoulders? Rest completely?

Gonna tell you right now, stop training your chest or any exercises that strain it it, you will cause more problems.
just concentrate on your legs, abs and stuff. ou need a couple months off from training chest, and then come back traing ever so gingerly and under 50% of normal chest weight...it takestime to heal propery.

Your not going to loose all of them, well did you just train upper body on cycle? Like iron said just keep up with legs abs etc rest up or your going to do more damage and not train for even longer then you will loose

I giving u advise from me going through the same thing, its solid advise my friend, you will lose some gains in your chest, but muscle memory is resilient and it will come back probably better than ever with the time off.
