Back pain
I've been in some serious pain last month, but I've kept lifting. The worst is when I get up in the morning, and try and roll over, that twisting motion is so painful its unreal. I can sit up straight out of bed, but its that rolling over motion.
I have no idea how/when I did it, because I've had it for over a month now, I just contributed it to over use or whatever.
Its not my lower back , its off the left side about half way up. That section of muscle, even just sitting here twisting its painful. I've never had an injury to my back, so that's why I'm probably being nieve about it. If its lasted for a month, I'm assuming theres probably something wrong.
Any ideas where to start? Chiro, massage, doctor?

Yep, it does. It doesnt go away 100% but its not that noticable later in the day.
Whats that mean, my bed is shit? Or as I sleep my muscles just tighten up like a snare drum
My bed does suck though, me and my old lady actually sleep on the mattress upside down cause the other side is caved in lol.. just been to busy to mattress shop :/
