what I gave you are starting dosed, you can adjust them based on results, usually it takes about 4 weeks to notice anything.

i really appreciate the info guys..
i cant do any biceps curls.... the pain is unbearable... i wish it gets better with those supplements

if it's wrist injury, try these out; or whatever your favorite brand is...might take a little tension off of the wrist during curls/pull motions.
