Back injury
About 2 months ago I injured my back doing deadlifts and couldn't even end over or lean certain ways without their being really bad pain now it is basically fully healed some times when I squat I can feel it get irritated but no pain. But when I tap my lower back (where I injured my back) I get a tingling feeling that runs from right lower back down my right leg Down to my ankle. Has anyone had the same problem And knows what this is. From what I researched all I got was could be a pinched nerve? Thanks in advanced.

I have the same thing right now sorta. MRI showed apossible small tear in the disc. The inflammation that comes into the area of the disc can affect the surrounding nerves. There was no herniated disc tho. sounds like you might have the same thing. I have numbness tho from my knee down. How long did yours take to heal?

its probably one of the nerve root that got pinched. if its not a very bad slipped disc, the pain should decrease once the inflammation and swelling subside. like mentioned above, only an MRI will give you a clear picture. in the mean time, continue with anti-inflammatory meds. you can also consider high dose vit B complex to help with nerve recovery.

As stated above you probably pinched a nerve. Its getting better so that's a good sign! Be careful. With form and posture the last thing you want is a long lasting disc injury. I injured mine back in 2010 and it still hasn't completely healed

When it flares up use Ice on it. 3x a day, 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off 3x in a row at least. I have had 2 back surgeries and multiple Sciatic issues. Ice, Ice, Ice.
