    Favorite Weightlifting Gloves?

    Hi guys,

I am new to the forum and was hoping to get everyone’s opinions on their favorite workout gloves and why you like them.
    Thanks!
    Alex

I get mine from home depot, excellent padding, excellent grip, and very cheap.

No one can tell you which are better as its mostly a personal preference. Try on different ones and see which feel the best to you. I have a pair of harbinger that are 10 years old to replace my last ones which were just as old. Some gloves have straps also but I never liked those.

I used to be gloveless but my hands were getting to rough for the ladies.
Also depends on what equipment the gym has, some gyms the db are smooth and good to go, in others they have the db and bb that are rough as sh*t and cut your hand up to bits.
Better to focus on building muscles not the pain in your hands.
